Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you'll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Domestic: Priority and First Class Mail: 2 - 4 business days

International: Priority Mail: 6 - 10 business days
First Class Mail: varies, especially depending on the country you are
shipping to, but it could take up to 3 weeks.You should receive a tracking number along with your shipping confirmation email!

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

You should also factor in any import duties, VATs, or other taxes when picking up your package.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept major cards: Visa, MasterCard and Singapore Express.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

For specific instructions about how to obtain warranty service for your Device, please contact Customer Service using the contact information on the contact page. In general, you will need to deliver your Device in either its original packaging or in equally protective packaging to the address specified by Customer Service. Before you deliver your Device for warranty service, it is your responsibility to remove any removable storage media and back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your Device. It is possible that such storage media, data, software or other materials will be destroyed, lost or reformatted during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

RETURNES

What is your returns policy? 

 

For the local shipping, please let us know within 7 days from the ship date if you wish to return an item you have purchased. For the international shipping, it must be in 14 business days from the ship date. Shipping charges will not be refunded except in cases of damaged goods, shipping errors, or other mistakes on our part.

Instructions for returns:

1. Send an email through our Contact page 
2. In your email, please tell us the specific reason for your return.
3. If you are returning damaged or incorrectly shipped goods, please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
4. Please include your original order number, which was included on the receipt emailed to you when you purchased the product.
5. We will email you with return instructions.
6. Print out this email and enclose it in your return package along with your invoice.
7. Send the package to:

8. Once your package is received by us, we will process your return and issue your refund.

If you are returning your item for any reason other than quality defects or incorrectly shipped goods, we are unable to cover your return shipping costs.
